(Winnipeg, Manitoba) — The Minnesota Wild extended their point streak to 11 as they beat the Jets 4-2 in Winnipeg on Wednesday night. The Wild got goals from Marcus Foligno, Freddy Gaudreau, Ryan Hartman and Mason Shaw to go along with 46 saves by Marc Andre Fleury. The Wild are 9-0-2 in their last 11 games tied for the second longest point streak in franchise history. In not so good news, Kirill Kaprizov suffered a lower body injury and left the game in the third period. No immediate update was available from head coach Dean Evason. Minnesota is off until the weekend when they travel to San Jose on Saturday and Arizona on Sunday.
