Player Notes
• Anthony Edwards led the way for the Timberwolves tonight with 25 points, seven rebounds, seven assists, two steals and two blocks, marking his 21st 25+ point/5+ rebound/5+ assist game of the season (52nd career) and his third such game this season with 2+ steals and 2+ blocks (5th career).
• Edwards is the seventh player in the NBA this season to record 3+ 25+ point/5+ rebound/5+assist/2+ steal/2+ block games and joins Luka Dončić and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander as the only guards to do so. Edwards is one of only four players in franchise history to record 5+ such games (Kevin Garnett: 25 games; Tom Gugliotta: seven games; Karl-Anthony Towns: seven games) and he is the only guard in franchise history to record multiple such games.
• Naz Reid made his first start of the season tonight, finishing with 25 points on 9-of-17 shooting, including 5-of-10 from three, five rebounds and a season-high-tying four blocks. Tonight marks his second consecutive and fourth 25+ point game of the season (ninth career) and his second such game this season with multiple blocks (third career).
• After making seven threes in his previous game against Cleveland, Reid knocked down five threes tonight, joining Brook Lopez (twice) and Aron Baynes as the only centers in NBA history to record 12+ threes in a two-game span. Reid is the 11th player in franchise history to knock down 5+ threes in back-to-back games (MR: D’Angelo Russell: Feb. 1-3, 2023).
• Over his last two games, Reid has totaled 59 points, a career-high for points in a two-game span. Reid’s previous two-game career-high was 49 points (March 22 – March 26, 2023).
• Tonight marks the eighth time Reid and Edwards have each scored 20+ points in the same game in their careers and the fourth time doing so this season.
• In his 18th start of the season, Nickeil Alexander-Walker finished the night with 15 points on 6-of-11 shooting, including 3-of-4 from deep, a season-high-tying seven rebounds, five assists and two steals. Tonight marks his second career game with 15+ points/5+ rebounds/5+ assists/2+ steals (Nov. 30, 2023, vs. Utah).
• Jordan McLaughlin logged as season-high 21:12 minutes of action off the bench, finishing with a season-high 12 points and a career-high-tying four made threes. Tonight marks the second time this season he has scored 10+ points (22nd career).

Team Notes
• The Timberwolves ended tonight shooting 16-of-46 from the three-point line, the 11th game this season they have made 15+ shots from deep.
