A shelter-in-place order was issued about 6 a.m. Officers responded to a residence where a rifle was lying on the front steps. The suspect was found with a gun in the backyard a short time later and detained. Investigators say at this point there are no other suspects. The alleged shooter was taken to the hospital for injuries suffered during his arrest.
