(Minneapolis, MN)  —  The Minnesota Vikings improved to 4-0 with a gritty 15-10 defensive battle victory over the winless Miami Dolphins on Sunday at U.S. Bank Stadium. Kicker Will Reichard provided all of Minnesota’s scoring with five field goals, while tight end T.J. Hockenson hauled in a career-high-tying 13 receptions for 119 yards from quarterback Kyler Murray, including a crucial third-down catch that helped seal the win by allowing the Vikings to drain the clock. The Vikings’ defense dominated for much of the afternoon, limiting the Dolphins to just 10 points (a field goal and a late third-quarter touchdown run by Ollie Gordon), as Minnesota overcame offensive struggles and the absence of Justin Jefferson to stay undefeated. The Vikes are at the Saints next Sunday at noon.
