(St. Paul, MN)  —  Islanders defenseman Matthew Schaefer needed just :33 seconds to bury the Wild in overtime on Thursday night as New York got a 4-3 O-T win.  Matt Boldy scored with 3:53 left in regulation to pull the game even at 3-3 but Schaefer’s second of the game forced the Wild to settle for the point in the overtime loss.  Joel Eriksson Ek and Quinn Hughes also scored for Minnesota, as the Wild fell for the first time at Grand Casino Arena.  Jesper Wallstedt made 22 saves in the loss.  The Wild are back on the road for another two game trip starting Sunday in Washington, D.C. and concluding on Tuesday in Philadelphia.
