(Eagan, MN)  —  Vikings head coach Kevin O’Connell delivered disappointing injury updates on Monday afternoon coming off Sunday’s 15-10 win over the Dolphins.  O’Connell announced that left guard Donovan Jackson suffered a torn meniscus that will require surgery. O’Connell said he is likely done for the regular season. Jackson exited early in the first quarter against Miami. O’Connell also said left tackle Christian Darrisaw is in the concussion protocol. He left in the second quarter with a neck issue (cleared initially after evaluation), returned in the third, then exited again after showing concussion symptoms. Second year guard Joe Huber is expected to replace Jackson while Ryan Van Demark would replace Darrisaw if he’s unable to go this weekend.  In other news, the Vikes waived receiver Jeshaun Jones. The Vikings are at New Orleans for a noon kick off.
