(St. Paul, MN)  —  The Minnesota Wild are just three weeks away from training camp taking place at TRIA Rink in St. Paul.  The Wild report to camp on September 18th.  So far, Wild G-M Bill Guerin has signed former Wild center Nico Sturm and handed center Marco Rossi a brand new three year contract extension.  However, winger Kirill Kaprizov enters the season in the final year of his contract with most expecting an extension and some point before the start of the regular season.  Kaprizov will become an unstricted free agent on July 1st of 2026 if a new deal isn’t in place.  The Wild open the exhibition schedule on September 21st in Winnipeg.  The regular season begins on October 9th in St. Louis with the home opener on October 11th at Grand Casino Arena against the Blue Jackets.
