(St. Paul, MN) — Joel Eriksson Ek scored the only goal in a 2-1 Wild loss to the Stars in their final preseason contest. Jesper Wallstedt made 16 saves as Minnesota dropped the final three games of the exhibition schedule. The Stars won all four games they played including two straight against the Wild. The regular season opens this week in the N-H-L and the Wild open on the road Thursday night at 7 P-M in Nashville.
